End of 2nd cultivation period: Season with fish and plants

The combinations of bush tomatoes, chard, basil, parsley and cayenne on the ebb and flow tables have proved their worth despite the high temperatures and have grown diligently.

The fish has developed well during the heat period in the warm water. It was slaughtered with an average weight of 1 kg.

Basil leaves and fish fillets from each cycle were examined for the hygiene and trace substance tests on fish and plants. For the hygiene parameters, the results were in the safe range and trace substances were not found in the basil leaves or in the fish fillets.
